IT Support Specialist

He/she provides solutions or workarounds and fulfills service requests. Scope of duties: – Advise end users on hardware and software usage. – Consult Service/System Owners in regard to support Topics. – Resolve 1st Level incidents. – Administer rights and accounts. – Document changes and assets. – Interface towards 2nd and 3rd Level contacts within IT. – Evaluate incidents in regard to escalation and problem Initiation. Qualifications Professional Skills: – ITIL. – IT Service Management. – Incident Management & Problem Management. – Help Desk. – Ticketing Systems (e.g. CISM, Remedy, ServiceNow). – Monitoring Tools (e.g. Splunk). – IT Security. – Identity & Access Management. – Knowledge in Platforms. Interdisciplinary Skills: Intercultural cooperation. Conflict Management. Communication. Fluent in Polish; good English language skills.
